Remittance Scarlino
It was Fabrizio Sonnini's idea to strike out on his own, after having worked for many years in a prestigious nautical company, by acquiring industrial land in Scarlino to create a 2400 square metre shed specially structured and built to accommodate boats up to 25 metres. The proximity to the sea was an added value that distinguished the Costa Etrusca Group. Thus was born the family company of Fabrizio and his wife Maria Teresa, supported by a specialised group of employees.
It is the first company in Tuscany to use equipment that is in step with the times: self-propelled equipment such as hydraulic towed trolleys allow the boat to be unloaded ashore without the need for crane trucks.
Punta ala
The garaging service that was born a few years ago became known within the Punta Ala harbor. So that in early 2005 there was contact from the top management of Marina di Punta Ala S.p.A for the management in

Da qui il Cantiere Punta ala riparte con una nuova organizzazione atta alla gestione di piazzali, capannone coperto, falegnameria, torneria, officine, il tutto da attrezzare materialmente dando vita all’acquisto di attrezzature come Travel 75 ton, Autogru Bendini 25 ton, carrello idraulico motorizzato, tornio, falegnameria completa, cabina verniciatura, gru a bandiera in dotazione allo Yacht Club, pontile galleggiante, cavalletti telescopici, invasi speciali e quanto è necessitato per ottimizzare i servizi ed uffici.
Expansion of storage area

New painting department
Creation of 150 sq. m. marquee, specially equipped to optimize and improve refitting service with vacuum cleaners, fan heaters and dust grids.

With a view to expanding our Group's vision of services, the idea of stabilizing our reality in the showcase of the heart of the Punta Ala Marina S.p.A. Port was born.

New Refitting Area
Acquisition of a new 2400 m2 covered shed used mainly for the refitting of sailing and motor yachts: a new state-of-the-art project in which the Costa Etrusca Group believes strongly.
Shipyards and Front office
The facility operates the two Boatyards in Punta Ala and Scarlino, the latter, headquarters. In addition, a brand new office has been available to all users since last season. “Front Office” located in the heart of the Porto di Punta Ala as a reception and emergency response point even on weekends and holidays.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a 6.40 m x 25 m hauling and launching tank, a 75-ton travel lift and specialized equipment such as hydraulic trolleys and hydrojet, our yard has an area of 3,000 square meters to ensure the highest precision and quality of work.
We are able to carry out all kinds of work directly in the our modern specialized departments or even at the mooring site, thanks to our fully equipped mobile workshop. Services include stern plank lengthening, installation of bow thrusters, interior renovations and modifications, carpentry and resin work, teak deck refurbishing, osmosis treatments, painting, pneumatic boat repairs, body work, hauling and launching.
