Storage

Both of our Shipyards in Scarlino and Punta Ala offer both Outdoor and Outdoor Storage services for motor and sailing boats from 5 to 25 meters.

Mechanics

Mechanical work of all kinds for both power and sailboats on inboard, inboard-outboard, and outboard engines.

Carpentry

Design and fabrication of custom steel prototypes by welding, cutting, grinding that are useful and necessary for marine equipment.

Electronics

Electronic work of all kinds for both motor and sailboats with supply and installation of on-board instrumentation.

Joinery

Teck deck: Remodeling from scratch of solid teak deck by removing the old and replacing with new battens installed without the aid of screws but only with epoxy resins. Application in the coments by Sikaflex sealant and finishing.

Cupping treatment: West System treatment on all wood surfaces (copings, doors, profiles, windows). Removal by blow dryer of all old product. Uniform sanding and preparation for coats of epoxy treatment.

Bodywork

Painting: Applications of several coats of polyurethane enamel or gelcoat and eventual clear finishing; the work is done inside heated, dehumidified and dust-free environments to ensure a brilliant final result.
Polishing: In order to achieve perfect polishing of the fiberglass, passes of abrasive paste are made, after which a coat of Polish is applied and, after washing thoroughly a second time, a final coat of wax is passed.
Osmosis prevention: treatment cure and osmosis prevention by the International cycle.

Resin coating

Vinylester and epoxy resins: Laminations with vinylester and epoxy resins of plant fabrics (carbon and kevelar), the processes are carried out under vacuum.

Rigging

Replacement of all deck equipment including shrouds, running and fixed rigging supporting masts.
